Exclusive access organizations can use a CSV file to import multiple people to their ZixOne exclusive access list. People imported from the CSV file combine with individually added people on the exclusive access list.
The file used to add multiple people to an exclusive access list must be a properly formatted, two-column CSV file.
After creating the CSV file containing the people to be added to the exclusive access list, the administrator can navigate to the file and load the people into ZixOne.
When people attempt to register ZixOne on their mobile device, the ZixOne server checks to see whether they are on the exclusive access list. If they are, registration proceeds. If they are not, a message notifies them they are not authorized to register ZixOne and advises them to contact their administrator.
The administrator can reopen and modify a CSV file to maintain the exclusive access list, including deleting duplicates, adding people or correcting errors.
